How long does it take to receive my order?
Since each item is handmade with love and care, it takes a little time to create and ship your order. The processing time varies depending on the product, but typically ranges from 7-10 business days. Once the parcel has shipped the following timeframe(s) will apply:
- Standard Delivery: with an estimated delivery time of 2 - 3 business days for major centers such as Cape Town and Johannesburg and 3 - 4 business days for outlying areas.
- Next Day Delivery (only applicable in Kwa-Zulu Natal): This option is only available locally, with and estimated delivery time of 1 - 2 business days.
